He’s led projects for The Recording Academy, MSNBC, Cisco, and Martha Stewart, and built Intel’s deployment pipelines that became Tugboat. Now Director of Product at Tugboat, he draws on two decades of experience to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

Bob began as a freelance graphic designer in the 1980s before founding a design company that grew into a full marketing agency. In 2010, he rebranded himself as BobWP, then launched the Do the Woo Podcast in 2018, which evolved into OpenChannels.fm in 2025. A lifelong learner, Bob discovered WordPress at 50 and brings decades of entrepreneurial experience to community-driven platforms.
