Some people work. Some people inspire. And then there’s Michelle Frechette — a name that echoes across the WordPress world like a calm yet persistent breeze, touching everything, missing nothing.
From the quiet outskirts of Rochester, NY, where she captures nature through her lens, Michelle steps into the global WordPress community with unmatched energy and purpose. At WCUS 2022, even Matt Mullenweg — co-founder of WordPress — couldn’t help but call her “The busiest woman in WordPress.” It wasn’t a compliment. It was a fact.
Today, she serves as the Executive Director of Post Status, leading one of the most influential platforms in the WordPress ecosystem.
But Michelle’s journey doesn’t stop there.
She espressos stories worth sharing as the Podcast Barista at WPCoffeeTalk, amplifies unheard voices as the cofounder of Underrepresented in Tech, opens doors through WPSpeakers, and builds careers via WPCareerPages.
