Now, we did not want this to be a messy competition with complicated rules. No gimmicks, no spammy likes or shares. Just pure fairness. We conducted a simple and clean poll on our WhatsApp group, which included over 190 freelancers, as well as on LinkedIn. 21 combined votes later, here we are!

Our giveaway isn’t just about free lunch — it’s about connection, warmth, and community. Think of it like sharing a delicious homemade meal with your closest WordPress friends after a long day. That’s the spirit we’ve built. And to keep it genuine and welcoming as more people join, we’ve invited WordPress leaders to be our honorary guests.

To make the selection process more engaging and personal, we’re displaying each participant’s photo, name, title, and a relevant link. This allows our guest judge to choose a winner based on a face and role, like “SEO Specialist”—rather than picking a number at random.
