Today, we proudly celebrate the 1st anniversary of WPKitchen, a caring, practical, and community-oriented initiative that gives back by sharing subsidized homemade lunches with WordPress freelancers using co-working spaces across Asia.”

Before WPKitchen, we were serving 80 freelancers homemade lunches at the eEarn Faisalabad co-working space. It was from this experience that the idea was born to serve WordPress freelancers across Asia.

This year, we’ve worked hard, collaborated closely, and shown support to the freelancers who help make WordPress great. Here’s a simple look at what we’ve done together:

✅ Delivered 180 lunches (and counting!)
✅ Reached out to freelancers in co-working spaces
✅ Got more support from sponsors and chefs
✅ Set up a plan to grow and deliver 1,000 lunches every day.
