Tea time is brought to you by WPKitchen

Dinner in Honor of Our First Sponsor

The Meet Time hosts arranged a special thank-you dinner in honor of our first sponsor, Mr. Azam Ishaq, founder of Shmai.com, who truly believed in and supported our recurring, self-funded freelancers’ meetup initiative by WPKitchen. The event was a gesture of appreciation to acknowledge his trust, support, and valuable contribution in helping us bring this community effort to life.

The dinner was held on Friday, 3rd October 2025, from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM, at a private guest house near Al-Masoom Town, Faisalabad, which we’ve reserved for future freelancer meetups. The venue can currently accommodate up to 50 freelancers comfortably. Some parts of the house are still under renovation and will soon open for larger gatherings. It’s an ideal location for hosting small, private, executive-level dinners, as well as client meetings or overnight stays for guests visiting from other cities or countries.

Why a Private Guest House is Ideal for Executive Lunches or Dinners

  • Offers a peaceful, distraction-free environment for meaningful conversations.
  • Ensures complete privacy without public interruptions or background noise.
  • Provides a personalized setup tailored to the host’s preferences and theme.
  • Allows flexible timing without hotel restrictions or commercial pressure.
  • Creates a warm, homely ambiance that encourages open, comfortable discussions.
  • Enables custom dining arrangements and home-style meals for a more relaxed experience.
  • More cost-effective than booking hotel halls or restaurants for small gatherings.
  • Perfect for confidential business talks or networking among trusted guests.
  • Gives a sense of exclusivity and ownership to hosts and attendees alike.
  • Easier to brand and decorate the space according to the event’s purpose.

Our guest of honor, Mr. Azam Ishaq, founder of Shmai.com, joined us for the evening. He shared his inspiring life story, valuable insights, and practical advice to help us improve and grow future Meet Time gatherings. His thoughtful suggestions and encouraging words deeply motivated everyone in attendance.

We are grateful for his time, generosity, and belief in our mission. The evening was filled with meaningful conversations, shared laughter, and renewed energy to continue building a supportive space for freelancers in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

As we look forward to our upcoming meetups, we carry Mr. Azam’s guidance with us and remain determined to make each gathering better than the last.
