2. First Women WordPress & Freelancers Meetup
F3 Pakistan, Career Institute, WPKitchen and the WordPress Faisalabad community are organizing the first-ever Women WordPress & Freelancers Meetup in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
On Tuesday, 21st July, 2026, We visited The Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry to finalize the meetup venue.


The meetup is supported by Jetpack and GreenGeeks, with sponsorship coordination provided by WPKitchen for the benefit of the community.
WPKitchen will participate as both an event and media partner. It may arrange its own photographers and videographers and will publish event highlights, stories, photos, videos, and other related content across its channels to showcase the event and support future partnership and sponsorship opportunities.

3. 2nd Mango Day Freelancers’ Meetup
📢 Mango Day Postponed
To ensure better arrangements and a more enjoyable experience for everyone, Mango Day has been postponed.
📅 New Date: Friday, 31 July 2026
🕓 Time: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
The gathering will feature a curated mango-themed lunch for 50–70 freelancers, entrepreneurs, and WordPress professionals.

Join us for an afternoon of networking, discussions on freelancing and WordPress, interactive games, exciting prizes, and delicious mangoes. It’s a great opportunity to connect with the local Freelancers and WordPress community, make new friends, and celebrate the mango season together.
First Mango Day at Career Institute: On Tuesday, 25 July 2023, Freelancers from Faisalabad celebrated their first Mango Day at Career Institute, Satiana Road, Faisalabad. More than 50 freelancers participated in the activity. The second Mango Day is expected to be even bigger and better.

5. Tea Time for WordCamp US, 2026
WPKitchen is initiating Tea Time for WordCamp US, 2026.
The first cup of tea is reserved for the winner of the slot featuring Matt Mullenweg as our Chief Guest. It is still a surprise and has not been announced publicly yet.
The second cup of tea was sponsored by WPKitchen, and WordCamp US 2026 attendee Velda Christensen selected Shahzaib Ali from Faisalabad, Pakistan, as the winner.

The third cup of tea was supported by Bud Kraus. WordCamp US 2026 attendee Sumit Singh selected Umair Jami from Faisalabad, Pakistan, as the winner.

6. 5th WordPress Contributors Meeting
On Saturday, July 18, 2026, we held our fifth WordPress Contributors Meeting at Career Institute’s Jinnah Colony Campus in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

7. Join WordPress Slack Channels
The Pakistan WordPress community now has official dedicated channels in the Make WordPress Slack, making it easier for contributors, freelancers, developers, organizers, and Urdu translators to collaborate within the global WordPress project. The initiative, launched as part of WordPress’s multilingual Slack expansion, includes channels for general discussions, community events, education, and Urdu translations.

Our request for a dedicated Slack channel within the Make WordPress Slack workspace has been approved, and the new channel, #wp-fsd, is now available for members of the Faisalabad WordPress community.
